  • Chicken Liver Parfait with cranberry and onion compote and toasted ciabatta

  • Turkey fillets with pork, onion and sage stuffing served with roasted potatoes, savoy cabbage, Brussels spouts, bread sauce and red wine jus 
  • Slow cooked lamb shank served with sweet potato puree, curly kale and rosemary red wine jus 
  • Camembert, fig and onion tart, served with a rocket salad
